Nagyon jó 4 / 5"The room size was very good for a family with one child. The bathroom was spacious as well, and the balcony was large and comfortable.We stayed on an all-inclusive basis, and the food in the main restaurant was at the level we expected from a hotel of this category, with a good enough variety and quality.However, there are several areas that need improvement. The food at the pool bar was quite mediocre, and the cocktails tasted noticeably watered down. We also expected much more from the entertainment and animation program.The biggest disappointment was the pool towel policy. Towels are apparently only provided until 12:00 noon. If you prefer to sleep a little longer during your holiday, as we sometimes do, you can end up without a towel for the pool for the entire day. Considering that the hotel does not have its own private beach, this policy is very difficult to understand and, in our opinion, not acceptable for a 5-star resort.Overall, we had a good stay and there are many positives, particularly the spacious accommodation and the main restaurant, but some aspects of the service simply do not meet 5-star expectations."Eredeti vélemény a TripAdvisoron »
