"A szállodába 3 órával később érkeztünk mert késett a gépünk, ettől függetlenül reggel 6-órától 10 óráig semmi nem történt, 10 óra után kaptunk karszalagot csakhogy a reggeli 10 óráig tartott. A bárban a snack az 10 db. leveles tészta volt semmi más. Az ebéd 13 órától volt addigra már elég éhesek voltunk, mivel előző este 10 órától már a repülő téren voltunk. Ebéd után kaptunk szobát azt is úgy hogy a 3 szobáért 40 dollárt kellet fizetnünk hosszas alkudozás után. Az étkezés mennyiségével és minőségével semmi gond nem volt. Az étterem nagyon kicsi, a külső teraszon lehetetlen étkezni mert ebédnél tele van varjúval, és teljesen oda süt a nap, 3 nap ernyő van az egész teraszon, árnyékos hely semmi. A takarítás mindennapos volt, a második nap után a 2. nagy törölközőnket nem pótolták, egész héten hiába kértük mindig az volt a válasz hogy most nincs de hoznak. Ehhez képest hajnalban a szálloda elhagyásakor a szobákat ellenőrizték és a hiányzó törölközőt 10 dollárt ki kellett fizetnünk mert a busz nem indult el addig. A helyi idegenvezetőt is felhívták, aki nem állt ki az utasokért. Úgy gondolom, hogy egy törölköző árát elkérni elég kicsinyes dolog, ez a szállodának a szegénységi bizonyítványa!!! A szállodánk a városban volt, a közeli plazaba gyalog közlekedtünk, de az odavezető út, járda hiányos, koszos, a helyi lakosok között kell végigmenni. A szállodában a pénzváltáskor - dollár - nagyon meg kell nézni milyen bankjegyet adnak vissza, mert volt olyan üzlet ahol csak a hibátlan, foltmentes új bankjegyeket fogadják el. A szállodában a vizicsúzda egyáltalán nem működött. "

5/5 – Wonderful family stay, great value all-inclusive

"We stayed for a week as a family of four (kids aged 8 and 11). Overall a fantastic experience, highly recommended.Check-in: We arrived at 3 AM and the front desk (open 24h) handled check-in quickly and smoothly despite the odd hour.Cleanliness: Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. Housekeeping restocked water, fruit, and toast in the fridge every day, and we got a welcome bottle of wine on arrival.Location: The hotel is right on the beach, with a lifeguard on duty most of the day. The beach is sandy and the sea is fairly shallow, making it safe for kids. There are 2 pools (1.45m deep) and 2 kids' splash pools (60cm), all clean with refreshingly cool water. The pool bar serves unlimited ice cream as part of the all-inclusive package. Several tourist spots, including a monastery, are within a 10km walk, and there's a bus stop about 100m from the hotel.Food: The food was really tasty, with a great mix of Greek and European dishes. There was a large selection of meals, drinks, and desserts, and everything was constantly restocked so there was never a shortage. Even picky kids will find something they like.Staff: Extremely friendly and polite — cheerful, always smiling, and helpful in every situation.Value: The all-inclusive package is absolutely worth the price.Sleep: Rooms were quiet (we had a room with a beautiful sea view, so all we heard was the waves). The room had a double bed plus a separate area with two single beds for the kids, with a sliding door for a bit of privacy. Air conditioning and a fridge included.Activities: Plenty going on every day for both adults and kids — pool aerobics, yoga, a Greek night, table tennis tournaments, billiards, and a DJ evening.The only downside: The gym was rather poorly equipped, and one of the machines was broken. It was also quite hot in there despite the AC, so we only used it once."

Nice hotel with beautiful sunset sea view

"We stayed here last week with two children (10 & 12 yo) and we had a lovely experience. The hotel is modern and clean. The room was cleaned every day, and our clothes were folded up. The pool was cleaned every evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. I have read the other reviews and I have to say that being a friendly, smiling guest always helps. I noticed that some of the guests looked so miserable and rarely smiled despite being in a beautiful location, looking at the sunset every night. We had a front family bedroom but got woken by the sewage truck and it was quite smelly two mornings in a row. It can’t be helped I suppose. We told the reception staff and they upgraded us to a larger family suite with a beautiful sea view for free. We had a great dance at the DJ night and at the Greek night. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you."
