"A személyzet nagyon kedves, az ételek finomak és változatosak, emellett biztonságosak (nyugodtan lehet enni salátát is, vagy lehet kérni jeget a koktélba, nem csapvízből van), sőt vegán opciókat is láttunk minden nap a menüben. Kiemelkedő hangulatot teremtett az animátor csapat egész héten, mindenhol tisztaság volt és nagyon kényelmes a hotelben tartózkodni."

Amazing holiday

"Absolutely lovely hotel very clean and comfortable stay with amazing staff who are so helpful and friendly ..the entertainment crew esp sisi during the day and in the evening was amazing full of fun and always got everyone wanting to join in...they go above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience,i cant thank a wonderful waiter enough called Atef who really looked after our party and always put a smile on our faces ..so looking forward to visiting them again !"

Favourite hotel in Sousse

"Just returned from our 16th holiday in Sousse, 12th time in Marhaba Club, that alone is testament to what a fabulous hotel we believe this to be. Is it a luxury hotel? No. Is it a clean, well kept, welcoming, value for money hotel? Absolutely YES. We honestly cannot fault the staff in this hotel, every single person you encounter is friendly, welcoming, helpful and kind. The staff on reception are prompt and efficient, if you go to them with any issue they act immediately to rectify. The staff on the lobby bar are fabulous, always remember your drink order and give you a knowing smile when you ask, like they are telling you you didn't need to say a word. Love that. The restaurant staff are great, once you've eaten in there once, the waiter from the area you sat will always be ready to welcome you back, usually preparing your table beforehand, lovely service. The cleaners are all so sweet, always knock and wait which I appreciate because many places they just let themselves in. They also respect your do not disturb signs which again many other places do not. The bar staff and waiters at the pool bsr work incredibly hard, their day in the insane heat is intense yet they never stop and always have a smile. The Animation team are fantastic, they work so hard and always, always, always bring the fun and laughter. There is always something going on throughout the day and then they really showcase their talents with the evening shows, wow, one of the very best animation teams we have ever come across. Special mention also to the maintenance and gardening teams, you will always see the gardens being tended and something being fixed, that's not to say that things are always broken, it's simply that they are permanently on top of any small issue. Great to see. Now, for the first time I do have a couple of complaints, the sunbed reservations this time were beyond a joke, we have never experienced this before in this hotel so we were definitely shocked when we realised 5:30/6:00 was the time we needed to be out there with our towels if we wanted sunbeds for the day. Usually there is no issue with getting a spot at any time of day but this trip was crazy. Lastly, unfortunately I do have big concerns about the new Bocca Nova. The access for the public is through the hotel grounds with no fencing. This resulted in many times us seeing guests coming down from Bocca and using the hotel pool area, we witnessed men using the pool, boys wandering between sunbeds looking at people's belongings, full families coming to let the kids swim, men arguing because they couldn't be served at the pool bar. Personally, for as much as we adore this hotel, we do have safety concerns around this and would like to see a fence installed for peace of mind. Slight sadness to raise any negativity on this hotel because all in all it is fabulous and would recommend to everyone"
