5 / 5"This is my 3rd time visiting this hotel — first time in April 2025, then again in May this year, and now for my third visit. Usually I travel as part of a group, but this time, due to circumstances, it was just me and my 8-year-old daughter.I’ll be honest, I was so anxious and apprehensive about travelling abroad alone, but I am SO glad I did it. ❤️We have had the absolute best time. I’ve met some amazing people, made friendships that I genuinely hope will last a lifetime, and I really don’t want to come home! ?The staff here are absolutely amazing and work bloody hard. Nothing is too much trouble, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming.A massive shout-out to the animation team, especially Charlotte and Julian. ❤️ The atmosphere wouldn’t be the same without them, but Charlotte in particular has been incredible. She really does go above and beyond and has made our stay even more special.The food is what you’d expect from an all-inclusive — plenty of choice and something for everyone. The location is great, the entertainment is good, and most importantly, I’ve felt safe and comfortable throughout my whole stay, which meant so much to me travelling alone with my daughter.After being so nervous about coming, I can honestly say I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.Thank you to everyone who has made this holiday so special.
