A hangulatos Maleme kis üdülő településen, közvetlenül a köves/kavicsos tengerparton fekvő, négyszintes főépületből (liftes) és kétszintes melléképületekből álló, szálloda komplexum, mely2023-24 során teljes felújításon esik át. A hotel modern, letisztult, rendkívül elegáns megjelenést kapott.

5 / 5"Having being home a day i would like to reflect on our second visit after coming here last year for the first time i booked straight away to come back this August it ticked all the boxes on every single aspect last year again i leave there feeling even better we as a family feel like a big family with the hotel It's such a positive hotel and from every single department they absolutely nail it it really is the perfect family hotel Last year we was upgraded to a suite and they did not forget us it was like we never left and again we are so grateful we had the a suite 3 doors away from last year a warm welcome as soon as we stepped foot inside the hotel it was like last year didn't feel that long ago Anyone who is looking at this hotel just book it there are so many reasons why For younger children there is so much for them to do, whether it be mini disco kids water polo kids basket ball kids club ride on remote control jeep i can go on Teenager clubs football darts etc The pool is outstanding, and it is huge along with smaller pools for little ones with slides small slide then you got the big slides to go on for kids adults etc The food theme changes every single day it will never be the same theme Sunday italian Monday greek Tuesday Mexican along with 2 really lovely al a carte restraunts that will need to be booked when you arrive both really lovely and the menu have changed from last year which was a lovely surprise the all inclusive drinks are absolutely spot on mango tango being number 1 Private beach within the grounds of the hotel 7 day room cleaning which is fantastic as some hotels take days off Hotel breckfast my favourite of any hotel I've been to as the sausage it's like home from home with hash browns and and the bacon ain't to bad if I say so myself The restaurant staff do an absolutely amazing job of keeping things running as smooth as possible for a resort of 1100 guests from breckfast lunch dinner have i never waited to be seated it's run so we'll The animation team was absolutely outstanding from morning until night but I would love to give an huge mention to Lucas this year he really is be best I've seen overall friendly energetic a really great example of a 21 one year old he gives 100 percent all the time and really got the hotel guests involved with his aqua gym was really outstanding and I would love to wish him well on his next walk of life it was a pleasure to meet and have the experience with 12 days with him Yannis, Ireney ,vagelis, elias ,akis, eliny all throughout our Stay always made us welcome long conversations helpfull always having a good laugh and joke and very helpful with information with crete they really are an outstanding bunch and a credit to this hotel some of them have worked there for 37 years that itself speaks volumes I big reason what sold my family last year was the guest relations team which is lead by Maria she give us a welcome last year straight away that we have never ever received from any other hotel it sold us straight away and Again soon as we arrived she was there to greet us on arrival but this year Maria has got an outstanding team Maria Katerina and Maria Angela the 3 of them go above and beyond to make sure family's or my family had the best stay possible even making space in one of the restraunts having made a few calls to different departments and it was made possible and when I say I left this year feeling like this was like leaving a family they made myself and my family feel like family always checking in wether they come to see you around the pool sit with you at a bar or even when your passing they always there to chat smile help just make your experience so much nicer ❤️ I would suggest anyone due to go there please go and say hello to this fantastic team of ladies And last of all I would like to thank the management team Spiros and his team constantly involved walking around speaking to guest observing the hotel pool restraunt always happy to chat always looking to improve the hotel they don't miss nothing working on making sure the fire show runs smoothly as possible in the night it is a pleasure to see higher management so hands of and engaged with all it's guests and staff While we was this this year there was an evening where guests was greeted with drinks fizz and all the management from different departments to have a chat share your thoughts your experience with them it really give a nice touch Something that they had this year on a Monday with a live saxophone around the pool for two hours and I must say that was a lovely touch ?
