"Nem a képen ábrázolt hotelszobában lettünk elszállásolva, egy olyan ágyban, amiben teljesen ki volt feküdve a matrac. A bungalowban nem volt víznyomás, zuhanyoznunk a strandon kellett... Az all inclusive, csak névileg volt all inclusive. Nem minden étterem volt a hotel által megadott időpontban nyitva. Elég sok szolgáltatásért pluszban fizetséget elvártak. A hotel tengerparti volt, viszont annyira kicsi volt a strand része, hogy ùszni sem lehetett.... arról meg szo se volt sehol, hogy kikötott hahok veszik korbe az egeészet.Mindent egybe vetve roppant csalódott vagyok, sikerült tönkre tenni a nászutunk."

"Nagyon jó kiszolgálás, gyönyörű part, az étel finom, valószínű visszatérek jövőre. Eza csodás szálloda nem drága ilyen szolgáltatásokért."

"Az egész hotel lerobbant állapotban van. A csatornaszagú bungalló helyett, amelyben a klímából ömlött a víz, 70 euró fejében kaptunk elfogadható szobát a főépületben. Az ellátás mennyiségre és ízre megfelelő, de unalmasan ismétlődik, a műanyag poharak kopottak, a mosogatás színvonala katasztrofális. A személyzet általában előzékeny, némi baksis fejében elvégzi a munkáját, de minden felhasznált eszközük mocskos.Soha többet."

A good, inexpensive hotel

"My husband and I just returned from a wonderful week-long stay at Giftun Azur Resort in Hurghada, and we are still completely charmed by the experience! Since it was rated as a 3-star resort, we didn't quite know what to expect, but it turned out to be an absolute hidden gem—especially considering its prime location right on the famous El Mamsha promenade. We stayed in one of the cozy garden-view rooms, and the grounds themselves completely won us over. The resort features a lovely, lush green layout filled with palm trees, leading straight to a gorgeous, wide sandy beach with a very comfortable entry into the Red Sea. The staff was always warm, polite, and attentive without being intrusive. We spent our mornings relaxing by the beach and our evenings taking peaceful walks along the lively promenade outside the gates. While the hotel itself is fantastic for a relaxing beach holiday, what really made our trip extraordinary was how we planned our excursions. When we arrived, our hotel rep quoted us a small fortune for sightseeing tours. Luckily, we listened to some advice from fellow travelers online and decided to look into a local agency called Sheriff Egypt. You can easily find them by searching their name on the internet. Booking with Sheriff Egypt was smooth, incredibly professional, and—best of all—their prices were noticeably lower than what the hotel guides were charging. We booked two major trips through them, and both exceeded our expectations: Cairo Small-Group Tour: We chose the mini-group option to Cairo, which was capped at just eight people, accompanied by a personal, highly knowledgeable private guide. It felt so exclusive and personalized compared to being crammed onto a massive crowded bus. We had plenty of time to explore the pyramids and the museum at our own pace, ask questions, and take stunning photos without feeling rushed. Hurghada City Tour: We also took their guided city tour around Hurghada, which gave us a wonderful authentic look at the local culture, the marina, the old mosques, and bustling markets away from just the resort bubble. If you are planning a trip to Hurghada and want a brilliant mix of relaxing beach days and safe, budget-friendly cultural adventures, book your stay at Giftun Azur Resort and make sure to organize your tours through Sheriff Egypt. You will not regret it!"

I had a fantastic stay!

"This hotel deserves all the stars it could get. No words are enough to express how friendly, helpful and cheerful the staff were. All of them have been very helpful and they always carry a smile on their face. They're always eager to help and whenever I call the reception for something, I hear a knock on my door within 2 minutes max. I'm a germaphobe and it's been a while since I last felt comfortable in a resort. The resort is really clean and housekeeping does an exceptional job with the rooms. The beach and the pools are amazing. There are also parties that take place daily at the evening organized by Lynx entertainment.There are a variety of restaurants inside the hotel and they're extremely hygienic. The food is tasty!! The restaurant on the second floor cooks a different cuisine every day too; very diverse!I'd also like to mention that the receptionists are really cooperative and professional and I'd like to specially thank Mr. Amr and Mr. Ahmed--front desk receptionists--for their hospitality and assistance. Thank you so much!I highly recommend the hotel!!"
