Nagyon jó 4 / 5"This is in an ideal location, half hour walk to Sunny beach centre, quicker by little train or horse and carriage. 10-15 walk to Nessebar. There was mixed age range and nationalities but there was a good atmosphere, mostly created by the animation team, always optional if you want to join in. The pool is small and if you don't want to engage in sun bed reserving at silly time you won't get a bed. As it was August the pool was mostly comedered by kids, there was never room to have a quiet swim to cool off. The beach is only a 2 minute walk and you can hire beds and umbrella.The rooms were fine for the 2 of us, feel if there were more of you in the room it might be a bit cramped. This is only personal opinion but the wet room style bathroom didn't work for us as the floor never seemed to dry out. This didn't happen in my sons room so ours could be the exception but it was very annoying and dangerous. The hotel was kept clean by a stream of cleaners who were always wiping and washing the public areas. Overall this hotel is good value for money all the staff are friendly and helpful and we would recommend it. The food was plentiful and always a good choice. Drinks were served in plastic cups which was a bit annoying, 2 sips of the drink and you had finished. Again this is my opinion but the WiFi was very weak in the rooms it worked well when sat in the lobby but not so good anywhere else."Eredeti vélemény a TripAdvisoron »
5 / 5"We are on our last day of a week stay and want to say now fantastic it has been. We are here with our four year old and there is plenty to do. Hotel…Food;Breakfast 0730/0900 - English breakfast style, with pancakes, fresh fruits, and local food. Lunch 1230/1400 - Enough choice of meats, chips, fruits, and desserts. Dinner 1800/2100 - same as lunch time!Snacks 1500/1700 - with a large choice of ice cream at these times!The overall food is good, with pasta and chips at most meal times to allow for children to have it, alongside pizzas!Room:Very clean. Fresh towels everyday. Room cleaned spotless every day. Drinks:Indoor bar opens about 0900hrs for soft and hot drinks, with alcohol being served from 1100hrs. The outdoor bar opens at 1100. Staff:All so kind, caring, and friendly. The entertainment staff are absolutely amazing and include everyone no matter their age. There is a kids club on site by the pool, open 1000-1200, and then 1400-1600 (times do vary). And it is good enough that parents can stay at the poolside and the kids are quite happily playing inside, our boy loved it and would be the first in and last out each day. Throughout the day there are activities taking place at the poolside, such as darts and archery. Alongside in pool activities which everyone gets involved in. The hotel looks big on pictures but it’s not, its a great size for family stays, there are enough sun beds and the lifeguard will move in towels off beds unoccupied for a long amount of time which I thought was amazing. The dining area is big enough, with plenty of seating outside to have meals there. The entertainment is outside with a mini disco at 2030 until 2100, and then entertainment afterwards. Note that there are no activities or entertainment on Mondays. Again, on pictures the pool does seem small, although for the size of the hotel it is perfect and never too busy or crammed in there. I would definitely come back and would recommend the hotel to anyone. The staff will quite happily phone taxi’s for you, and recommend places to go. WiFi isn’t amazing!Drinks come in small cups, however not an issue for us. The little train into Nesebar was 4 euro each, and free for under 3 year olds. Plenty in the area to do and not too expedite. We ate out and had 2 adult meals, a child’s meal, 4 cocktails, and 1 kids drink and it was just under 50 euro. Special shoutout to the entertainment staff Bobby and Sasha who my little boy absolutely adored whilst here.
